How Do I Cancel My Order?

You have a 2-hour window from the moment you place your order to request a cancellation. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear in your account. After 2 hours, your order may have already entered our handling process. How Do I Return My Order?

Damaged or defective item: If the product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or the shipping process, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

Change of mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the product, we will still provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. However, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount. There are no restocking fees in either case.
