If for any reason you are not satisfied, our hassle-free return and refund process — managed directly by our California-based support team — makes it easy to get things right.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange — giving you plenty of time to try your sneakers and make sure they are the perfect fit for your active lifestyle. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • In original, unused, and unworn condition with no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Complete with all original tags still attached.
  • Returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer's shoe box. Important: The shoe box must not be used as the outer shipping box. Please place it inside a separate protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
  • Accompanied by all original accessories (e.g., extra laces, insoles) and your proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or packing slip).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Items with missing tags, original packaging, or the original shoe box.
  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

Gift cards or promotional credit.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly, please follow these steps. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid return shipping label.

The complete return warehouse address and specific shipping carrier information are printed directly on this label.

Simply pack the item securely (place the original shoe box inside a separate protective shipping box), print the provided shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier's location.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Our Error (Defective or Incorrect Item): If you received a defective product, the wrong size, or the wrong color due to our mistake, the prepaid return shipping label provided to you is 100% free of charge. We cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind or Sizing: If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect size ordered by you, we will still provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. However, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee ($0) for eligible returns.

Return Address: As outlined in our return process, you do not need to manually write down a return address. The correct warehouse receiving address is automatically generated and included on the prepaid shipping label we provide via email.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item — one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry.

Posting to Your Account: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account, depending on their processing times.

6. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same sneaker model, subject to current inventory availability. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact our support team before shipping your item back so we can verify stock availability and guide you through the process. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your sneakers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible within our 60-day return window of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including free return shipping.
