Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. 

Please note: We do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.

Shipping Fee

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges at checkout.

Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team works quickly to prepare your sneakers for dispatch. Orders placed after 10:00 PM (Pacific Time) or on weekends and U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days. During this period, your order is verified, carefully packed, and handed over to our shipping carrier.

Transit Time: 4–8 business days. This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package from our facility to your doorstep.

Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect to receive your order within 5–11 business days from the date of purchase.

(Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. In the unlikely event of an unforeseen delay, we will promptly notify you via email in compliance with FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule guidelines).

Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check around your delivery location — porches, side doors, mailrooms, or with neighbors.
  • Contact USPS or FedEx directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Order Modifications

Need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can accommodate changes only if your order has not yet entered the handling process. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.

Tax Policy

We want to make your checkout experience as simple and transparent as possible. All applicable taxes are already included in the product prices displayed on our website. Combined with our free standard shipping, this means the price you see on the product page is the final, total amount you will pay at checkout. There are no additional taxes, shipping costs, or hidden fees added to your order during the payment process.
