Cancellation Window

We offer a 2-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. During this period, you can request a full cancellation of your order for any reason.

If you contact us outside of business hours, the cancellation request will be honored based on the timestamp of your email.

How to Cancel or Modify an Order

Order Changes

We can attempt to accommodate the following types of changes to your order, provided it has not yet entered the fulfillment (handling) process:

Shipping Address Changes

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the shipping address. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx), address changes are no longer possible through us. In such cases, you may need to contact the carrier directly.

Item Changes

Requests to change items (e.g., different size or style) are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the original order has not entered fulfillment, we will do our best to swap the item. If the item has already been packed or shipped, a change may not be possible, and we would recommend placing a new order and returning the original item per our Refund and Return Policy.

After the Cancellation Window

If you contact us after the 2-hour cancellation window has passed:

Order Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet entered the handling process, we will still make every effort to cancel it. However, cancellation is not guaranteed once the window has closed, as orders may move into fulfillment quickly.

Order Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you have the following options:

Refuse Delivery: You may refuse the package upon delivery. Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund per our Refund and Return Policy.

Return After Delivery: You can initiate a standard return within our 60-day return window after receiving the package. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full instructions and eligibility.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Full Cancellation Within the Window

If your order is successfully canceled within the 2-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation After the Window (Order Not Shipped)

If we are able to cancel your order after the 2-hour window but before shipment, you will receive a full refund. The same 5–10 business day processing time applies.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, the refund will be processed according to the terms outlined in our Refund and Return Policy, which includes conditions for return eligibility.

Exceptions

Please note that certain promotional or limited-edition items may have different cancellation and modification policies. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
