Construction Details

Engineered knit upper: The navy blue upper is constructed from a continuous piece of knit yarn. It acts like a thick sock, wrapping tightly around the foot to eliminate friction points. The porous nature of the knit allows trapped heat to vent instantly, preventing sweat buildup.
High-profile EVA midsole: The core of the shoe is a thick block of white EVA foam. This chunky midsole is engineered to compress under your weight when walking, absorbing heavy impacts before they reach your knees.
Reinforced heel counter: Because knit fabric is entirely soft, a rigid plastic cup is hidden inside the back of the shoe. This internal counter prevents your heel from slipping sideways and stops the knit upper from collapsing.
EVA unit-sole construction: To keep the total weight under 250 grams, there is no heavy rubber glued to the bottom of the shoe. The midsole and outsole are formed from the exact same continuous block of white EVA foam.
Ergonomic flex grooves: The bottom of the exposed EVA foam is molded with deep horizontal channels. These flex grooves allow the thick foam platform to bend naturally with the ball of your foot during a running stride.

Size Guide

These knit runners run true to size. The knit upper will stretch slightly over the first few wears to accommodate your foot shape. If you have a high instep, very wide feet, or wear thick athletic socks, we recommend going half a size up.

Care Instructions

These knit runners are machine washable. Remove the insoles, place the shoes in a mesh laundry bag, and wash on a cold, delicate cycle with mild detergent.
Air dry only. Heat from a dryer will warp the knit yarns and permanently melt the thick EVA foam platform.
Caution: Because there is no protective rubber outsole, the exposed white EVA foam will wear down quickly if used on rough outdoor asphalt, gravel, or trail paths. Stick to treadmills, smooth sidewalks, and indoor gym floors.
