Construction Details

Structured synthetic shell: The entire upper is constructed from intersecting layers of PU leather. There is no mesh or knit on the exterior. This creates a very stiff, boxy silhouette that holds its shape permanently and resists rain well, but requires a break-in period.
Mid-top collar: The collar extends just over the ankle bone. It is stuffed with about 12 mm of dense foam padding. When laced to the top (8th eyelet), it acts like a brace, preventing the heavy platform sole from causing heel slippage.
Ventilation perforations: Because the heavy synthetic leather does not breathe, grids of tiny holes are punched through the toe box and the grey side panels to allow trapped heat to escape.
Architectural EVA platform: The white midsole is oversized and molded with deep geometric channels along the sidewall. It is made from EVA foam to keep the shoe's total weight manageable, absorbing heavy footfalls on concrete.
Multi-directional outsole: A durable rubber cap covers the bottom of the foam platform. The tread mixes herringbone zigzags and flat block patterns, providing traction whether you are walking forward or pivoting on a flat surface.

Size Guide

Due to the rigid synthetic shell and heavy collar padding, these mid-tops run half a size small. We strongly recommend going half a size up from your usual size, especially if you have a wide foot or a high instep.

Care Instructions

Wipe the synthetic leather panels clean with a damp cloth. The smooth PU finish repels most dirt and mud easily.
Use a magic eraser sponge on the white EVA midsole to scrub away dark scuffs. Do not press too hard, or you may wear down the geometric molded texture.
Do not machine wash. The spinning action can deform the stiff ankle collar, and water-logging the heavy foam platform will degrade the internal adhesives.
If the shoes get soaked in the rain, remove the insoles, stuff the toes with newspaper, and let them dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources.
