Construction Details

Color-blocked synthetic upper: The top half of the shoe is constructed by layering thick panels of PU leather. Because the panels do not stretch, the shoe holds its rigid, boxy shape permanently. The complex stitching pattern creates a durable, tear-resistant shell.
Pixelated chunky midsole: The core of the shoe is a massive, oversized EVA foam platform. Instead of a smooth sidewall, the exterior of the foam is molded into sharp, blocky, geometric shapes resembling 3D pixels. It adds nearly 4 cm of height at the heel.
Ventilation holes: To counteract the heat trapped by the heavy synthetic leather layers, grids of small holes are punched directly through the toe box and side panels, allowing hot air to escape.
Mesh collar lining: The ankle opening is lined with a highly breathable, open-weave mesh and padded with dense foam. This prevents the stiff leather upper from cutting into the ankle bone during long walks.
Multi-directional outsole: A durable rubber tread covers the bottom of the oversized platform, featuring a complex pattern designed to prevent slipping on smooth urban surfaces like tile and wet concrete.

Size Guide

These chunky sneakers run true to size but have a very stiff, structured fit. The synthetic leather will not stretch or break in over time. If you have a wide forefoot or high instep, we strongly recommend ordering half a size up to prevent pinching.

Care Instructions

Wipe the smooth synthetic leather panels clean with a damp microfiber cloth. Because of the multiple intersecting panels and stitching lines, dirt can get trapped in the seams. Use a dry, soft-bristle toothbrush to dust out the crevices.
Use a magic eraser sponge lightly dampened with water to scrub dirt out of the complex, pixelated grooves on the white EVA midsole.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Soaking the shoe will trap water inside the thick foam collar and may cause the internal sole adhesives to fail.
If the interior mesh lining begins to smell, remove the insoles and spray them with a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar, then let them air dry outside the shoe.
